I was having a pretty terrible and expensive day getting the new (old) Scania down to Bathurst from Ballina. Clutch slave let go on the highway.
These blokes were absolute champions. Sorted a new slave for me by 8am the next day (a saturday) and let me install it myself in the very full carpark despite me obviously not being flush with cash. They even gave me a lift to the RMS for a new permit.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am continually impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of your staff. I wish to acknowledge the excellent service at Midcoast Trucks, right from reception, to final delivery of the vehicle. I attribute a trouble free vehicle, to the attention to detail that is apparent when my vehicle is serviced by Midcoast Trucks.

Recently we had a problem with our NPR 200, some barbed wire become entangled around the rear axle causing damage to the ABS system and the brake lines. The only way for us to have the vehicle fixed and safe to drive again was for us to get the truck to your workshop in Macksville, our truck is housed in Port Macquarie.
The towing of the vehicle was arranged by your Service Manager, Robert, the cost of the tow was very reasonable. I explained to Robert our situation regarding the cost involved in hiring a replacement truck during the down time and the difficulties we would face as a charitable operation meeting the needs of our community.
Robert was incredibly understanding of our predicament, he and his team pulled out all stops to minimise our inconvenience. The truck was repaired and back with us within 4 days. I would like to commend Robert and his diligent team for their outstanding customer service. It is refreshing to see such commitment in resolving customer problems with a great deal of understanding and professionalism.
